We strive to make your coffee experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from the moment you place your order to when your coffee arrives. Below is an outline of our shipping and returns policies.
1. Shipping

We currently offer shipping across the UK.

Orders typically take 2-3 business days for delivery.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £30. Orders of £30 or under will incur standard shipping charges as calculated at checkout.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
4. Delivery Issues
If there are any delivery delays or issues with your parcel, please contact our customer service team at hello@drinkcortino.com. We will liaise with Royal Mail to resolve any problems.
5. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty or not as described.
6. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@drinkcortino.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@drinkcortino.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
